Step 1

Measuring and Preparing the Roof

Step 2

Installing the OSB Board

Custom Cutting of OSB Board

Our professionals cut the OSB (Oriented Strand Board) to the exact dimensions of your roof. Precision cutting ensures the board fits perfectly and provides a solid foundation for the EPDM membrane.

Secure Fixing of the OSB Board

We securely fix the OSB board to the roof structure using high-quality fasteners. Our team ensures the board is flat, even, and firmly attached to create a stable base for the subsequent layers.

Step 3

Laying the EPDM Rubber Membrane

Accurate Cutting of EPDM Membrane

The EPDM rubber membrane is unrolled and allowed to relax, making it easier to handle. We then cut it to the required size, allowing for adequate overlap on all edges to ensure complete coverage.

Applying Adhesive and Positioning the Membrane

We apply a high-quality adhesive to both the OSB board and the underside of the EPDM membrane.
Our team carefully positions the EPDM membrane over the OSB board, smoothing it out to eliminate any wrinkles or air bubbles, ensuring a flawless finish.

Sealing and Testing
